Sarah Elkami, MA, BCBA  


          Sarah’s involvement in the field began as volunteer, a role which rooted a deep interest special needs services. She gained experienced offering client-centered services in a variety of settings including recreational therapy centres, residential homes, community programs and behavioural therapy centres. Sarah has hands-on experience working as

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology from the University of Toronto and an ABA Certification at the Florida Institute of Technology. Under the supervision of qualified BCBAs, Sarah received hands on fieldwork experience, which helped her achieve her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in May of 2015.

Recently, Sarah completed her Masters of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in and now holds a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.


Lina Pezzo, OCT, BCaBA Behavioural Consultant



          Lina’s educational background as an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) from York University has provided her with the knowledge and experience on developing productive learning environments and effectively leading a group of classroom learners ranging in skill levels. After teaching experience in various school settings, Lina decided to branch off her educational background into teaching special needs. She took on a role as an Instructor Therapist where her role focused on client-centered teaching. It was through this role that Lina flourished as a leader and developed a passion for the field of behaviour analysis and its influence on special education.

Lina’s continuous motivation led her to pursue a reputable and international certification in behavioural analysis. She received a Applied Behaviour Analysis certificate at Florida Institute of Technology and after fulfilling an extensive fieldwork criteria, Lina was able to achieve her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in May of 2015. Lina is currently pursuing a Masters of Professional Education with a specialization in ABA at Western University with an anticipated graduation date of August 2018. Currently, Lina is able to use her background in education and ABA to serve as an advocate for individuals with special needs in classrooms, communities, in addition to coaching instructors and parents on effective practices in ABA in a variety of settings.

Together, Sarah and Lina offer a strong foundation of knowledge, experience and passion for providing quality services and a means to achieving quality of life.
